Edward J. Redlich, CCIM, Vice-President, joined ComReal in 1995 and specializes in Miami's Industrial Market. His services include buyer and tenant representation, asset disposition, landlord representation, consultation, site selection, lease or purchase negotiations, and acquisitions. Ed has represented large, international corporations as well as local entrepreneurs.
In 2003, Ed was initiated as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) which is considered the "Ph.D. of commercial real estate." This designation is obtained by completing educational courses as well as reaching the higher levels of production. He states that "I am very honored to wear my CCIM pin and join such an elite network of professionals around the world. I am especially thankful that ComReal has provided me with the CCIM education in addition to the company's tools, technology and training necessary to reach this goal."
Ed attended Miami-Dade Community College, as well as Florida International University (FIU) and graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a major in Personnel Management. Maybe this is why his slogan is "People before property." He gained his high level of professionalism and ethics from his parents who are also both successful Realtors. Ed is most proud of his effort to co-operate with other brokers, the service he provides to his clients and his enjoyment of the profession.
Ed is a member of the following organizations: Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Industrial Association of Dade County (IADC), Miami Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Coconut Grove Junior Chamber of Miami, Homestead/Florida City Chamber of Commerce, Vision Council and FIU Alumni.
